Terms of service

When you place an order, you're making an offer to buy. The contract is formed when we dispatch your order and email you confirmation. We may decline orders (for example if pricing was displayed in error or stock is unavailable); if we do, any payment taken is refunded in full.

All prices are in pounds sterling and include VAT where applicable. Multi-buy tier pricing applies per product line as shown at checkout. Payment is taken at the point of order via Pay by Bank (Fena) or card (Stripe). We never store card or bank credentials.

Delivery estimates on our shipping page are made in good faith but aren't guaranteed. Risk passes to you when the order is delivered to your nominated address. Please check parcels on arrival and report damage within 48 hours.

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 you normally have 14 days to cancel an online order. For hygiene reasons, this right is lost once sealed cosmetic products are unsealed — unless the product is faulty, in which case the Consumer Rights Act 2015 applies in full. Our 30-day glow guarantee (see the returns page) goes beyond these minimums for unopened products.

Our products are cosmetics, not medicines, and no content on this site is medical advice. Tan accelerator products contain no sun protection — always use a separate SPF and follow safe sun practices. Patch test before first use and discontinue if irritation occurs.

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law. Otherwise, our total liability to you is limited to the price you paid for the products in question.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction — except that consumers in Scotland or Northern Ireland may bring proceedings in their local courts.
