The mechanism
Tan fades fastest on dry skin, and oily accelerators sit on top instead of getting in. The Sink-In Base is absorbed before the session starts, so the peptide + tyrosine blend and the moisture are in the skin while you tan. That's the whole point.
An amino-acid and peptide blend skin loves — acetyl hexapeptide for conditioning, tyrosine and carotenoids for the glow — paired with coconut and shea.
Tan fades fastest on dry skin. The buttery base keeps yours quenched — hydrated skin holds what develops.
Oily accelerators sit on the surface. The Sink-In Base is absorbed before the timer starts — nothing greasy on the bed, nothing sitting on your skin.
The honest comparison
The bits that actually matter when you're picking an accelerator — no marketing, just the table.

Sun and sunbed sessions always carry risk — keep sessions short and SPF on top, always. The glow is gorgeous, not protective.

Two products, one standard — the kit we wished was on the shelf when we started.
Our story
Capri started in a sunbed shop in Liverpool with a shelf of half-used accelerators. Every tube promised the deepest colour, and every one did one thing well and three things badly: one smelt incredible but sat greasy on the bed, one sank in fast but had faded by Friday, one gave real depth but left tide marks on the shins. We kept notes on all of them.
So we took the best of each and made one: the tyrosine and peptide hit from the serious sunbed creams, the coconut and shea base from the ones that actually hydrated, the texture that is absorbed before the timer starts, and none of the biscuit smell. Then came the nasal mist: a simple flavoured saline spray, made to the same standard as the rest of the range. Two products, one standard: the kit we wished was on the shelf when we started.
